Total acidity (H2SO4): 6'06 g/l.

CATA/TASTING
View: Straw yellow with light tones, clean, bright, glyceric, abundant tear.
Smell: Good intensity, frank and clean, very varietal, elegant. Aromas of stone fruits (peach), citrus, fennel, mountain grass, well assembled with wood that adds complexity. Aromas of nuts, butter and custard (Bolleria).
Palate: Oily, fatty touch. Velvety with lots of volume. Good acidity (slightly high) and pleasant bitter touch typical of the variety.
PAIRING
An ideal accompaniment for fish, seafood, pasta, rice, tapas and snacks.
Serve between 7º - 10ºC.
