The vineyards and wineries belong to the mercantile company "Señorío de Bocos, S.A." (formerly vega nogales, s.a.), a company of the Rural Initiatives of Duero, S.A. group.
The Ilmo. The City Council of "Bocos de Duero" (Valladolid) and the company Iniciativas Rurales del Duero, together with other private partners of the latter, have opted for the promotion of diverse economic activities that propitiate the integral development of the municipality and provide new opportunities for wealth and employment for all your neighbors.
Given the eminently agricultural nature of "Bocos de Duero", its location in the Peñafiel region and its integration in the denomination of origin "Ribera del Duero", the first activity launched has been the creation of "Señorío de Bocos ", whose strategic mission is to carry out new viticultural plantations, taking advantage of the excellent quality of the lands and irrigation pipelines available in the municipality, to then produce high quality wines, carefully cultivated and made in their own new wineries creation, which are offered to the most demanding consumer under the "Señorio de Bocos" and "Autor de Bocos" brands.
Since the 2014 harvest, and continuing with the passion to promote the best wines taking advantage of the artisan heritage of the historically viticultural and producing areas, Bodegas y Viñedos Señorío de Bocos has incorporated some new wineries in Villamor de los Escuderos ( Zamora), a municipality belonging to the historic Tierra del Vino region, where they produce white wines of the Verdejo variety, as well as Rosados and Tintos of the Tempranillo variety, which are marketed under the Escudero de Bocos and Señorío de Bocos brands, subject to control of quality and the guarantee of the designation of origin Tierra del Vino de Zamora.
