ELABORATION
Harvest / Collection: Manual.
Ageing: Aged for 18 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels and in the bottle until 36 months.
Bottle: Bordeaux, mod. Sotuver, capacity 75 cl.
Annual production: 10,000 bottles.

CATA/TASTING
View: Cherry red large layer with garnet reflections.
Smell: Vanilla, toasted touches and background of very ripe red fruits. Spicy finish.
Palate: Tasty, meaty and balanced. Great memory.
PAIRING
An ideal accompaniment for white and red meats, lambs, chops, Iberian ham, sausages, cheeses and fish.
Serve between 16º - 18ºC.
