ELABORATION
Harvest / Collection: Manual.
Ageing: Aged for 6 months in French (30%) and American (70%) oak barrels and in the bottle until 24 months.
Bottle: Bordeaux, mod. Sotuver, capacity 75 cl.
Annual production: 40,000 bottles.

CATA/TASTING
View: Cherry red large layer with garnet reflections.

Palate: Tasty, meaty and balanced. Great memory.

An ideal accompaniment for white and red meats, lambs, chops, Iberian ham, sausages, cheeses and fish.
Serve between 16º - 18ºC.
